Artimus Construction’s 24-story, 522-unit mixed use development will span 427,537 square feet, split between 16,133 square feet of commercial space and 411,404 square feet of residential space. Artimus acquired the ground lease for the property with Phoenix Realty Group in October 2016 in a deal that valued the property at $34 million.
