queens-condo-filing 2018Brooklyn Development has always been the talk of the Real Estate Industry for the last decade or so but the borough of Queens is starting to show signs to rivaling its neighbor.

According to the Real Deal, this year, the borough’s top 10 condo priciest filings accepted by the New York State Attorney General’s office in 2018 totaled $1.6 billion.

At the top of the list is the Skyline Tower located at 23-15 44th Drive. At 964 feet, the glass tower is already to set to be the tallest it Queens, and now it may claim

another record: It’s estimated sellout of $1.008 billion is the first billion-dollar-plus condo project for the borough.

Condos in the building start at slightly more than $600,000 for a studio on the third floor, and go up to $3.04 million for a two-bedroom on the top floor. Chris Xu, The developer has not yet priced the penthouses on the upper floors.
